If you are unhappy with the product or service you have received for whatever reason we offer a full refund on all items ordered. You must return the product to us within 14 days in the same unworn condition that you received it - this includes any product packaging and in the original box.
We only refund the postage cost if the item is faulty or you have been supplied the incorrect product or size.
To return an item back to us for a refund or exchange, please use our Returns Form to get an Returns Authorisation Number(RMA) and we will email back with the details.
PLEASE NOTE: Items returned to our office address will not be refunded!
YOU MUST FILL IN THE RETURNS FORM BELOW, THEN WAIT FOR A RETURNS NUMBER AND THE ADDRESS WHERE TO RETURN THE ITEM, TO BE EMAILED TO YOU.
