UK Delivery
We use Royal Mail for small parcels and Parcel Force or others for large orders and bikes.
Shipping price is calculated by weight. To see the shipping price, just add the item to the cart to show all the rates available for UK.
99% of our orders are delivered within 1-3 working days after we receive the full payment. We do our best to send out orders within 24 hours, orders made between 2:30pm Friday and 12pm Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. Backorders and out of stock items will be shipped as they become available.
- FREE DELIVERY on UK orders over £50 - Delivered within 2 - 5 working days - This offer is on selected lines only (excluding bikes)
- Royal Mail UK Second Class Delivery - Delivered within 2 - 5 working days.
- Royal Mail UK First Class Delivery - Normally delivered within 1 - 2 working days.
- Royal Mail UK Special Delivery 1PM - Next working day if ordered before 1PM.
- ParcelForce 24 - Next working day delivery to UK destinations covered by Zones 1 and 3. Delivery to Zone 2 is normally 2 working days.
- Bike Delivery - Can take up to 5 business days.
European Delivery
Delivery anywhere in Europe is normally done in 5 - 7 working days.
Parcel requires a signature and the tracking number can be provided.
Worldwide Delivery - Normally delivered within 6 - 12 working days.
Please note: this is from the time goods are shipped not the time the order is made.
Please note we cannot deliver orders to PO Box or BFPO addresses.
In the event of not receiving the package or of damage upon shipment,
please notify us within 5 working days after you have received the package. Save all packaging, both inside and out, in case an inspection is necessary. We will process the claim on your behalf.
Claims for non-delivery can only be be made 31 days after ordering and not before. All Shipping costs for returning goods, including shipping back replacement goods must be paid for fully by the customer before the goods are replaced.
Bikes Delivery: Just to be on the safe side, Lemy Shopping Centre hired specialised bike technicians to assemble and check every bike for factory flaws before it gets delivered. Most of our Bicycles will be delivered to your doorstep within 5 working days with a special courier. It may take up to 10 days due to backorders or if the you place the order during the week-end. Once the bike arrives, some assembly is required to fit front wheel, adjust brakes, fit pedals, saddle and handlebars.
Remote Control Cars : Delivery takes 2-5 working days.
